Eric Peterson, author of Web Analytics Demystified, founder of the WAA Web Analytics Discussion Group and cheerleader of all things web analytics, points the way to web analytics success through the proper performance of business process. Eric knocked some socks off with his full-scale presentation last year and will report on it's evolution in this half-session. Don't worry, he's coming back for a full session on web analytics in a Web 2.0 world. Joining Eric, is the newly minted Guru Jennifer Veesenmeyer who left no foot socked in San Francisco with her P.I.M.P My Reports presentation. She received the single highest score in eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit history and will be and will be sharing some guerrilla tactics for addressing common organizational obstacles to effective reporting. This includes tips for leveraging your routine reports, managing the chaos around ad hoc requests and tailoring your message based on executive decision making styles.
