Payment Terms

SSL encryption is employed to protect sensitive data. Transactions will appear on your card statement as Rising Media Ltd (Registered office: 57 Winslow Road, London W6 9SF). Your card will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction. We ensure confidential handling of all customer data received. Please print out all transaction data and keep it at an easily accessible place. An invoice will be issued as soon as the cardholders payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

All payments must be made on or before the first day of the Summit. If you intend to pay by purchase order, it must be authorized by eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit in advance. Attendee substitutions are permitted without charge. Cancellations made on or prior to Friday, 3rd April, 2009 will incur a cancellation fee of £150. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after Friday, 3rd April, 2009.

If for reasons of Force Majeure the Event cannot take place as scheduled the Organiser reserves the right to reschedule the Event to a date and place of its choosing.
