As a reception sponsor, you'll benefit from the gratitude of the industry's elite who use the reception as an important networking opportunity. Take advantage of this opportunity to brand your company at the most prominent event at the eMetrics Summit. Sponsor the cocktails on the evening of the first day at the eMetrics Summit Reception. Opportunity to erect signage, greet attendees as they arrive and conduct a welcome speech.
Pre-Show: Company name and logo in all pre-show promotional materials for the event.
On-Site: Company name and logo in the conference handbook as the opening night reception sponsor. Company name and logo on all signage promoting the reception. Logo on all banners associated with the show. Company name mentioned in welcome speech and opportunity to present brief opening remarks (exclusive).

Attendee Badge Insert (One Only) $6,000

What better way to make a bold statement to all eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit attendees than to sponsor the insert designed for the badge holder and have your company's name prominently displayed to the attendees. Not only can you display your company name, but you can include product highlights and your booth number as part of the insert.

eMetrics Summit Bag Sponsor (One Only) $7,000

Your logo on display and in everybody's hands during the event and often for years afterwards on the eMetrics Summit bag. Organizer will produce the bags.

Lunch Sponsorship (Two Only): $7,500

This is the opportunity to greet the entire attendee as they arrive for lunch. As the sponsor you will have the ability to have company information or tchotchke's at each table as well as napkins with company logo, and plenty of signage with company name and logo explaining that you are the exclusive lunch sponsor offering prominent brand recognition.

eMetrics Summit Official Shirt Sponsor (One Only) $5,000

Your logo/message on the back of the official show T-Shirt. Sponsor will provide the T-shirts printed with the show logo on the front and your logo/message on the back. A T-Shirt will be included in every conference bag.

Lanyard Sponsorship (One Only) $6,000

Your logo around every delegate's neck. The sponsor is responsible for providing the lanyards, which will be pre-attached to all delegate badges, ensuring maximum exposure during the event.

Conference Handbook – Ad inside the Handbook $2,500

Sponsor can provide one full page, 4 color, ad artwork for inclusion in the conference handbook, which will be referred to by the conference attendees both during and after the event.

Hotel Room Drop – (limited to 2) $2,500

Have your message/gift hand delivered into the hotel room of the attendees staying at the conference hotel.

Notebook Sponsorship (One Only) $2,500

Sponsor can provide the notebook, which will be put at every conference place prior to the opening session. This will be used by the attendees both during and after the event and is a prime position for your logo. Sponsor is responsible for delivering the notebook to the venue at least 24 hours prior to the event opening.

WAA Base Camp Workshop Sponsorship (Exclusive One Only): $6,500

• Opportunity to erect signage at the workshop.
• 10-minute address to entire audience.
• 2 WAA Base Camp workshop registration passes.

Labs are an outstanding opportunity to showcase your offering as they generally occur over breakfast or lunch, insuring there are no sessions vying for attendee attention.

Participating exhibitors will receive a special stamp to be stamped in the passport of attendees who stop by your booth. Once their passport is full of stamps attendees drop it off at registration for entry into the prize draw.
